Save your time and use anyone else outside of this agency and State Farm."

"Don't go to State Farm. I was in an accident and they did not even investigate it. I had witnesses, camera footage they could have gotten that the gas station told me to tell them to get, and a passenger. They just said the other driver said I was at fault and since his old truck was not damaged in some areas (my car is way lower and basically plastic. His truck was an old steel frame that is basically a tank) that I was at fault. It was a very lazy investigation. Now I'm going to have to lawyer up, which is going to be expensive and make them do the investigation."

"I never missed or made a late payment, made a claim, or got a single ticket, and they increased my monthly bill by over 30$ per month 3 renewals in a row. I went from paying 180$ to paying over 270$ a month as a 24 yo with a clean driving record. They claim it's due to rising rates but this is cooperate greed and extortion so they can keep lining their pockets. Save your time, money, and sanity and get your insurance from somewhere else. Absolutely terrible way to treat your customers, especially in times like this. Do better and be better people ffs"
