"I never missed or made a late payment, made a claim, or got a single ticket, and they increased my monthly bill by over 30$ per month 3 renewals in a row. I went from paying 180$ to paying over 270$ a month as a 24 yo with a clean driving record. They claim it's due to rising rates but this is cooperate greed and extortion so they can keep lining their pockets. Save your time, money, and sanity and get your insurance from somewhere else. Absolutely terrible way to treat your customers, especially in times like this. Do better and be better people ffs"

"PJ was amazing!! I met him and told him my concerns while at a function which they had a booth at. Within two days I has an email sent to me with quotes for exactly what my family and I need. I voiced my concerns regarding my rates thru All State and how frustrated I was that I knew we were paying too much but that all state wasn’t able to change my monthly payments without increasing my deductibles (which were already $500). PJ swooped in and literally matched their coverage and basically made my deductibles non-existent! He even canceled my policies with all state so that I wouldn’t be stuck doing so. Amazing office and amazing people! Very family focused!"

"Been with state farm for 45 years, mr.borrero took over for my old agent she retired, the price went up a lot,and the service went way down tryed talking to them about it and the guy kinda laugh at me, i gave them a few months to get back tome never heard a word from them, so i move on.hopefully they can get their act together.
